Refund Policy

Training – Online & In-Person

All training-related purchases are final.

- No refunds are issued for online courses, workshops, or in-person sessions.
- All training deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Retail Products

Refunds are not available for change-of-mind purchases on any retail products.

We will gladly offer an exchange or replacement for faulty or damaged items if:

- You notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused and in its original packaging.
